This update consists recreation outfits of Jean Valjean and Inpecteur Javert. Our next limited sets will be recreation outfits of Cosette and Marius~ Jean Valjean is the hero in Les Miserables. He serves 19 years in prison for stealing a loaf of bread. However, he becomes reformed with a help from a priest and starts to perform good deeds and finally truly becomes free after death. This outfit captures the time when Jean Valjean becomes a factory owner and mayor. During this time, he meets a woman named Fantine and rescues her daughter Cosette. We matched this set together with the story background in mind - rough but thick flannel coat with classic check patterned vest and pants. We created tucks on the front of the pants to recreate the pants during the era and tailored soft voluminous shirt by using processed wrinkle material. The collar of the vest and scarf are finished off with subtle patterned satin. We also used the same material for the inner lining of the coat to add more sophistication. The set includes a coat, detachable cape, vest, pants, shirt and muffler.
